Understanding Adult Learners

I found this interesting article called "Planning Effective Educational Programs for Adult Learners."   Section 3 called out how important it is to understand the specific needs and expectations of adult learners.  Planning programs for adult learns varies greatly from planning programs for children and a programs success hinges on understanding the adults needs.
